Billing & Tokens FAQ

The Free Plan includes:

• 250,000 tokens per month

• Tokens reset every 30 days

• No rollover — unused tokens do not carry over to the next month

You can connect your Shopify store starting from the Copper plan.

• The Copper tier allows you to connect 1 Shopify store.

• Higher plans let you connect multiple stores.

• Tokens included in your subscription plan (Free or paid) do not roll over.

• Top-up tokens (one-time purchases) do roll over and remain available until used.

Yes! You can purchase a one-time token top-up:

• $30 gives you 5 million tokens

• These tokens never expire and roll over month to month

If you run out of tokens, you have two options:

1. Upgrade your plan for more included tokens and Shopify store connections

2. Buy a one-time top-up for additional tokens without changing your plan
